The service is entirely SMS-based and tailored to suit businesses looking to improve customer engagement and conversion rates by leveraging automation.2. PricingOur pricing is structured as follows:Referral Package: $97.99 CAD bi-weekly
Regular Package: $127.99 CAD bi-weekly
Pricing is subject to change, and any modifications will be communicated to clients in advance.
3. Free TrialNew clients are entitled to a 7-day free trial of the missed call text-back service. The free trial allows us to initiate the toll-free verification process, which typically takes 3-5 days. After the free trial period, your service will automatically begin billing as per the selected plan unless you choose to opt out prior to the end of the trial.4. Billing and PaymentService is billed bi-weekly starting on the day the 7-day free trial concludes. Subsequent charges will be billed every two weeks on the same date as the initial billing. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in a temporary suspension of service until payment is received. By using our service, you agree to provide accurate payment information and to keep it updated.5. Refund PolicyNo refunds will be provided after the free trial period ends. Clients have the option to cancel the service at any time before the trial period concludes in order to avoid future charges. Once the service enters the paid phase, charges are non-refundable.6.
